Functional signs with Trotec materials
Are you looking for the right engravable material to apply technical information to your machine or other superstructures? Whether you need to install signs for legal reasons, create function labels or information labels, Trotec will provide you with the right laser and engraving material for your application.
The TroLase series portfolio ranges from UV-resistant acrylic-based laminates with a thin topcoat, to stickers, to materials with a textured, matte surface. Here is a brief overview:
- TroLase Lights is a 0.1 mm thin sticker, which is ideal for use as a sticker, label or packaging label. Because TroLase Lights adheres very well to metals, plastics, wood and rubber and can be fixed in place quickly, it is a popular engraving material for industry and commerce.
- TroLase Textures has a textured, matte finish, which makes it perfect for demanding, harsh environments. It is often used as a security sign or for other industrial applications.
- Very classic: TroLase – a UV-resistant acrylic-based laminate, which is ideal for any type of indoor and outdoor signs.
If you are looking for a coated aluminum with a black finish and want to add a white mark, then DuraBlack® is your first and right choice. This engraving material complies with a range of industrial standards and is particularly resistant to environmental influences.
However, if you are looking for an anodized aluminum in various colors, Trotec also offers a range of matte and glossy colors. Typical applications for our aluminum and other engravable metals in the Trotec portfolio include data plates, badges and identification tags.
Our TroPly materials for mechanical engraving are also perfect for information and safety signs. The product features range from thin surfaces for elaborate detail engravings to strong, robust surfaces. For example, TroPly Ultra is a laserable acrylic laminate for indoor and outdoor applications, which is available in a matte and glossy finish, and is an ideal solution for harsh environments. Signs for switchgear, panels or data plates are also typical applications.
